Chapters of the Izbornik of Bulgarian Tsar Simeon in the Saratov Edition of the Zlatostruy

The present article covers the results of a study on source texts Saratov edition Zlatostruy (Crysorrhoas) сollection, known in single copy that dates back to end 15th century (Sar. 45). manuscript contains 127 chapters, with first 78 them deriving from readings Zlatostruy. remaining chapters were compiled fragments other collections teachings. One was Izbornik (Florilegium), for Tsar Simeon during First Bulgarian Empire. is one most important sources history translated Slavonic literature. Excerpts Simeon’s are included 8 (ch. 92, 99, 112, and 114‒118). Comparative analysis has demonstrated comprehensive used by scribes. Three Sar. 45 fully derive 115, 117, 118).
